GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(PAYMENT METHODS)

1. In general

    Hadrie d.o.o. provides luxury accommodation services according to the information published on the website: www.hadrie.com

    2. Reservations

      Inquiries for reservations are accepted: internet on-line questionnaire – Inquiries (www.hadrie.hr); e-mail (booking@hadrie.hr) or telephone (00385 91 606 4970).

      When making a reservation request, please provide us with all necessary information such as: period for which you would like make reservation, number of persons (children/adults) and their age, location you prefer, price range and all other information that you consider important in order to be able to find an accommodation unit that bests suits your needs.

      After your selection of accommodation and sending an inquiry, within 24 hours you will receive our answer whether the reservation is possible, an offer to pay as well as payment instructions.

      The price does not include tourist tax and pet accommodation, it is being extra charged on the arrival day.

      Booking confirmation (1.st. payment) – to confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount within 48 hours after receiving the offer (excluding holidays and Sundays), in that case accommodation unit is considered reserved.

      After the advance payment, when it is visible on our account, you will receive an e-mail invoice booking confirmation.

      Second part of the payment (2.nd. payment) – the rest of the amount 70% must be paid 60 days before arrival at the destination. If the total payment has not been made within the specified period, HADRIE has the right to cancel the reservation to the Guest and retain the amount of the booking confirmation as compensation for the cancellation.

      Cancellation of the reservation – it is only possible in exceptional cases (illness, death, natural disasters and similar situations) in period no longer than 60 days before your arrival in accommodation unit.

      Residence tax

      According to the Croatian “Law of the residence tax” Guests are obliged to pay the tax as they are paying the accommodation.

      The residence tax is charged on the day of arrival at the following prices:

      • For the period (April1.st. – September 30.rd.) – tax is from 0,90 euro – 1,80 euro per person per night
      • For the period (October 1.st. – March 31.st.) – tax is from 0,50 euro – 1,00 euro per person per night

      Pets

      There is a charge of 10 euros for one pet daily.

      Deposit

      In the case of larger groups of a certain age (more than 6 people under 25 years of age) HADRIE will ask Guests to pay a cash deposit directly to the service provider upon arrival at the accommodation unit, as a guarantee for the compensation of possible damage.

      On the departure day Guests will take deposit if there was no damage. In case of damage, HADRIE will be charged from the deposit in ate amount of the damage.

      3. Checkin in/Check out

        The earliest possible check-in is 16:00-20:00, the latest possible check-out is 08:00-10:00.

          5. Protection of personal data

            By accepting/paying the offer of the accommodation unit Guests accept General Terms and Conditions so they agree to share their personal data.

            Personal data is necessary for the realization of the reservation and will be used for further communication between Guests and HADRIE employees.

            HADRIE will not share the Guest s personal data with third parties except in the case of obligation related to the accommodation service.

            6. Complaints

              Construction

              MALINSKA – according to the rules of the local government city of Malinska construction works are allowed in the periods: 01.01. – 01.06. and 01.10. – 01.01.

              KRK CITY – according to the rules of the local government city of Krk construction works are allowed in the periods: 01.01. – 15.06. and 15.09. – 01.01.

              Accommodation services

              If the Guest has complaint related to the service or the accommodation unit he is obliged to inform the service provider by email: hadrie@hadrie.hr or by phone: 00485 91 – 606 – 4970.

              Ass possible, complaints will be resolved as soon as possible and within 48 hours at the latest.                                                          Hadrie Villas
