TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
1. In general
Hadrie d.o.o. provides luxury accommodation services according to the information published on the website: www.hadrie.com
2. Reservations
Inquiries for reservations are accepted: internet on-line questionnaire-reservations and inquiries (www.hadrie.com/contact), e-mail (booking@hadrie.hr) or telephone (00385 91 606 4970).
After your selection of accommodation (selected accommodation unit and time period) and sending an inquiry, within 24 hours you will receive our answer whether the reservation is possible, an offer to pay as well as payment instructions.
Booking confirmation - it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount within 48 hours after receipt of the offer (excluding holidays and Sundays), in that case accommodation unit is considered reserved.
The rest of the amount must be paid 60 days before arrival at the destination.
Payment confirmation - after the advance payment, when your payment is visible on our account, you will receive an e-mail invoice and confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation - it is only possible in exeptional cases (illness, death, natural disasters and similar situations) in period no longer than 60 days before your arrival in accommodation unit.
The earliest possible check-in is 16:00 - 20:00, the latest possible check-out is 08:00 - 10:00.
